I had a problem with my permanent retainer and reached out over email to get a quote. The doctor themselves responded very promptly with exact numbers and tips on how to help in the meantime. They were also willing to move their schedule around to get me in that same week.I ended up going with a different orthodontist that could get me in sooner, but I 100% recommend this practice based solely on how great their communication was. The doctor seems to genuinely care about the well-being of the patients!
